When filling out the nomination form, there are a few things you should keep on your mind to ensure your nomination provides us with enough information about the achievements of the explorer you are nominating.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Fill out as much of the form as possible. Even if you do not know the person you are nominating try to provide as much detail as you can.
- If at all possible please include the age of the person you are nominating. If you are not certain of the person’s age then tell us roughly what age you think that person is.
- Feel free to include references to supporting documentation such as newspaper articles and websites.
- Please do not nominate the same person more than once. Recipients are selected based on selection criteria, rather than the number of times they are nominated.
